Hi, my name is Joy van der Splinter and Founder of Peppers Marketing. After working for a financial consultancy firm for four years, I decided to call it a day. I found that I had little time left for my family because I was away from home for long hours. During those four years I gained a lot of commercial experience with digital marketing and strengthened my sales techniques. I had good contact with clients, which made me attach great importance to personal contact, friendly service and authenticity. In those years I learned what an important role digital marketing plays in the success of businesses today.
But enough was enough and I wanted to make the switch to entrepreneurship; doing things that I love and that energize me. With Peppers Marketing I have the key to this.
Why I founded Peppers Marketing? Because I noticed that entrepreneurs struggle with digital marketing and want to do more with it, but are not familiar enough with it. And a full-time digital marketer, for many of these wonderful companies, is a little beyond their scope. Digital marketing fits perfectly with the experience I have built up.
I´m currently working with a small and super motivated team, mainly online. This way we bring together all our areas of expertise. Peppers Marketing supports SME-entrepreneurs in hospitality and business services with Digital Marketing with creating more clients and more turnover, so that they can focus on their own expertise and grow their business.
During an initial meeting we look at where you are now, what you are missing, where you want to go and what it takes to achieve your goals.
